LYT is a healing space, focusing on cultivating and nurturing the feminine essence. A brand of self-discovery. We assist women, who have experienced loss off any kind (loss of self, direction, a loved one etc.), take off the masks, rediscover their truth & God-given mission. We do so through coaching, spiritual mentoring, self care, and life experiences.
LYT stands for "Live Your Truth". We believe that everyone has a truth. If you're brave enough to look at yourself in the mirror and face that truth, you can change your life.
UNMASKING SESSIONS
Our coaching sessions, aka "Unmasking Sessions" are a favorite amongst many of our clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. Our job is to give you the tools you need to be real and take off the masks. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise.
